Q: I placed the order. Where do i get my order number to track the order?
Answer: We sent you the order number as well as all order information to email you used when you placed the order. If you used a wrong email please contact us here.
Q: Im trying to track my package but it only gives me estimated date of delivery. How do i actually get the tracking number?
Answer: When our warehouse creates the label we provide you with estimated delivery date of your package. Your package leaves our warehouse next day after. USPS than is supposed to update the tracking number into their systems. Sometimes tracking numbers are not updated automatically. If this happens, just email us here or call our customer service.
Q: How long does it usually takes for my order to arrive?
Answer: It usually takes 24-48 hours for your order to leave our warehouse and another 3-5 days for your item to be delivered to you depending on your state. We do everything possible to have your order to you faster.
Q: Where are you guys located?
Answer: We are located in sunny South Florida. Items are being shipped from West Palm Beach, FL, Chicago, IL Warehouse and couple shipping hubs that we use to get items to you faster.
Q: How do i return the item?
Answer: We understand that sometimes you change your mind. We will gladly accept any returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item has to be in the same shape and form as was shipped to you, not damaged, not opened and not used. We might take some open items back, but please be ready to receive a refund 15% less the original purchase price ( only applies to items that were opened and used).
